My 1996 Range Rover will not rev past 2200 rpm when driving or in neutral. The rev limiter is kicking in electronically and cuts one side of the fuel out. I have replaced both the cam and crank sensor and need HELP!!!!! If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. There are no codes in the computer system.
