Default Battery drain and can not start

Hello as a newbie I have been lurking here and on other forums for a while now, this is a great forum...!. My 96 RR 4,6 has a problem and I hope you can help.
My battery keeps draining but very unpredictive. There are many posts but I have tried the following. I have a new 108 amp battery, the R/F receiver has been replaced, all grounds appear good since all electrics work well when driving. There is a 13,8v current on the battery from the alternator when running. When shutting down you see (with a volt meter) the battery drain... on other moments it sticks where it is (12.20) for the whole testingday. But then 1 hour later it can bedrained. The alarm seems to not be working (at least no horn).
At this moment I cannot even start with starterboosters since the keys are not in pair. Somehow I need to enter a code... I tried the key turning trick as described in the manual... doesn't work.
Does anybody have suggestions on the drain cause and how to reinstate the key so I can start again? Thanks.
Regards Job from Amsterdam

It is spelled out in your owner manual how to reset everything after the battery goes dead.
