Hi, I have a '93 Range Rover LWB andI was traveling down the highway last night and accidentally ran through a rather large and deep puddle in my lane. We had heavy rain on Sunday, the ground is frozen, so there has been some flooding. I got home about 1 minute later and shut down the truck. The temps dropped below 0 last night and stayed single digits all day today. The problem I'm having is the truck won't move either forward or reverse. It feels like the brakes are locked up. The brake pedal is hard. Any ideas? Thanks!
