Default Buzzing sound when start

I have a 06 RR and when I start up I get a brief buzzing sound then fades away. Mainly in the morning when I haven't driven In awhile. The more I drive throughout day the less the buzz sound. Any ideas as to what might be the problem? Thanks!

It's only when I start it up. And after listening again it's more a chirp then a buzz .

Where is the noise coming from? Under the hood? Interior of the vehicle? Is this RR supercharged?

YQO000030 Land Rover Part; Bosch Number 0 130 002 830

Probably you engine control unit box blower fan making noise. It pulls fresh from the cabin and makes sometimes a bird chirping noise when the car is unlock. It gets dusty over time.
