Default Check Brake Pads error code

Looking for some help on this error code.

I replaced the rear rotors, pads, and pad wear sensor on my '03 Range Rover.
The old sensor broke on removal and gave me the error code "Check Brake Pads". I replaced the wear sensor but am still getting the error message.

Any tips/advice? How can I reset/clear the error message?

thanks in advance.

Perfect - thanks - that did it.

Took less than 45 seconds.

Key was turned to the "on" position (the position just before starting the engine), all the warning lights came on, and about 15-20 seconds later the warning light cleared.

designed to trip at 2 mm, so if your rotors are good, then yeah, shouldnt be a problem to let it go a week. however, check them, just get a light and take a look, you might have to move the car back and forth til you get the right angle to see in through the wheel, but if you can see pad, and no shinny metal dust all over the place, youll be fine for a week

Dave does the "turn the key on, engine not running, for 45 seconds with all the doors closed. the light will turn off " trick work for the 2006 LR3???? I can't get my light to go off.
