Default Engine Codes and Engine miss, looking for guidance

Hello all,

I am new to the RR community, I just purchased a 2004 RR a couple of days ago. When purchasing I knew it needed a few things, but hey I got a steal of a deal on her so I figured why not.

The Codes that I am throwing are as follows:

P0021 - Intake (A) Camshaft Position Timing - Over-Advanced (Bank 2) (passengers side)

P0011 - Intake (A) Camshaft Position Timing - Over-Advanced (Bank 1) (drivers side)

To rectify these codes I purchased a new Camshaft sensor and installed... no difference. I read somewhere that if there is a TICK TICK TICK noise it could be the VANOS. The TICK TICK TICK is coming from bank 1 (drivers side). My question(s) are what should I begin checking since both sides are throwing the same code, is this something simple that I have overlooked? Any advice is greatly appreciated on this matter.

P0443 - Evaporative emission System Purge control Valve Circuit. I read a post that tells how to test and repair here: P0443 OBD code.

oh and it also displays "air suspension inactive" - not sure why since it doesn't seem to have any problems with the air suspension even after sitting for a few days. Is there any way to get that message to turn off?
