hood will not open
the bonnet on my 99 range rover will not open when i pull the switch under the driver foot well nothing happens. on top of that the truck makes a sweeking noise when i start out till i get to about 30 mph... PLEASE HELP

My 96 just experienced the same issue. $437 later the problem was fixed. Your cable is either broken or frozen, either way your bonnet won't open. I pulled so hard I broke the lever, which only compounded the problem.
