Default More electrical trouble

I just purchased a 95 Range Rover and it seems to be plagued with electrical problems. Since my first message I now noticed the dash lights don't work either. The passenger seat doesn't work and the web-site roverparts.com/tec said there is a fuse under the seat. I can't find any fuse however there is a mass of wiring as well as a multipin harness. Anyone know what the problem is or where the fuse is located?

There should be a fuse box on the lower side of the passengers seat, the access panel faces the door when the door is closed. It should say "PUSH" or "Press." There's an assortment of fuses behind that.

Here is a pic of the in car fuse area, the owner's manual should tell you which slot the fuse is in. I also have a pic of the engine bay fuse area if needed. that's on the right hand side.
