well the problem is gone when i change the relay with the key pictured on it, it would be relay 14 but my air suspension wont come up

 

Are you simply switching the relays or are you replacing them with new ones?

 

I'm not sure you are correct on that voltage Idivine, batteries are misquoted as being 12 volt, they are actually closer to 13. Alternator will push the reading to approx 14.5. Factor in that voltage meters are not generally particularly accurate and I think his readings are just fine.

 

I disagree... yes it's probably not going to be 12v but vehicle off it should be no higher then the mid 12s. You MIGHT see close to 13 on a pristine battery. And engine on the battery should not be 14.5. Alternator voltage, yes, but not at the battery.
