I picked up a 95' Disco for a couple hundred bucks and painting a barn. It is somewhat rough, but it ran when I first got it. I was able to drive to my house without power steering, things were fantastic. A couple of weeks later my parts were in, after a mix up of receiving wiper blades instead of a new power steering pump and lines, I had it installed and ready to rock.. but I didn't. It wouldn't start, and now I'm here. I've tried eliminating possibilities but I don't know where to go next, and need some help. I've got fuel at the rail, and spark at the plugs, I just don't know what to look for next? I've heard of checking for compression or vacuum testing, however the fact that it was running, albeit rough, before my pride was shattered makes me somewhat doubt the pricier issues...
