I cannot open unlock the passanger side door. all other doors unlatch no problem, but I cannot manually or electronically unlock the passenger side. Anyone know how to get it open? i don't hear any motor noise coming from that door ? please help,I really don't want to bring it to LRDealer....

sounds like the lock linkage may have come apart.might have to remove the panel and see what happened. Not sure you can do that with the door closed.

How are you trying to manually unlock? Pulling the plunger won't work, you need to pull the inside door handle to unlock.

Have you tried pulling up on the lock plunger while pulling on the inner door handle? Also helps to have someone on the outside pulling on the door handle while you do this.

If that fails, move the seat to the furthest back position and also recline the back as far as possible.

Take of the door panel and study the mechanism. You can release it from the inside.

Good luck.

Thank. You I was able to get the panel off and finally open door. ,it looks as though the actuator is not working and part of the linkage has come apart not to sure why both problems at the same time ?

Better than 2 problems in completely different doors!

They are probably related, rarely are there any coincidences.

Sorry it took so longto get back to you but it was the door motor that was bad and it stuck and it caused it to rip the linkage off thank you for the help though
