Default 2004 Disco T Hose Connector

My t hose connector broke. Can't find a part locally. I was thinking of going to lowes to buy pvc t connector at least as a temporary fix. Problem of course is there will be no bleeder

Does it really need to have a bleeder or will the pvc repair work?

Yes, it HAS to have the bleeder! Without the bleeder, there will be no way to purge the trapped air in the system from refilling. This could cause overheating and engine failure. Order the right part, even if you have to wait a few days.
