Default 2006 LR3 HSE Transmission

I have 2006 LR3 HSE and 2 times in the past week seems like the transmission is slipping. When I came to a complete stop and then went to hit the gas, it seemed like it didnt want to go for a few seconds. The last time I even notice that the screen that tells you if your in P R N D showed nothing and then when it started to move the D appeared. Anyone with a similiar stituation. I took it to a mechanic already but the check engine lightwas not on and has never gone on but they check the Transmission Computer and no message. They also took it for a ride and all seems well.

Have the battery and alternator tested for proper voltage, if the transmission computer does not get enough power it will cause the transmission to act up.

Default 2006 HSE Transmission Issue

I have the exact same issue at 104,000Km. However the battery is new. Did you ever get it fixed and what was the exact resolution?

I'm going to bring mine into the dealer shortly.

No...I haven't fixed it...I think I'm just going to get rid of it...I have had car with transmission problems before and this looks like it's heading in the same direction...I'm done paying for expensive repair and end having to get a new car...so I think it's time to cut my losses and let it go...even though I LOVE this truck!!!

Dont get rid of it, get it reprgrammed. You will need both the ecu and the tcu programmed by the dealer. Happens all the time. We have a bulletin for it. but only the dealer has the programming.
