97 dicso fuel problems and flashing hazards
Hello all, I have a 97 disco and it cut off on me the other day. I got it home and it set for about 2 weeks before I could get to it. I replaced the fuel pump and by passed the inertia switch and still no change. I've been looking for the relay but not sure which one it is and the black and white pics don't help much. Any idea where to go next? Thanks
How’s the voltage at the pump? Just talked with a D1 owner this weekend will recent fuel pump issues. It was corrosion at the connector up by the engine. Very low voltage at the pump. He didn’t mention exactly where it was, only that it was near an aftermarket oil pressure sending unit.
Check relay then. I've seen some posts the mention passenger footwell, upper row and another found it in the engine bay. Maybe you can find a service manual or call the local Rover dealership.....if you go to order one, they could probably tell you where it is based on your vin.
