97' Disco brakes on it's own

97' Disco brakes on it's own

Hello,
My 97' disco feels like it applies the brakes on it's own and makes a grinding sound while doing it when I take my foot off the gas pedal. Can anyone please tell me what could possibly be happening.

ABS false trigger, some people take out the pump relay or fuse. Can cause loss of control to those not expecting it.
