My '99 Series II leaks at the joint between the roof and the entire sunroof unit. Found it by dropping the headliner and placing a slow running hose at various locations. Duck taped it for immediate fix and went looking for replacement seals. No factory items available unless you replace the entire unit (expensive). Heard there was a guy in England that used to make them but stopped. I have replaced the ducktape twice now as it wears out, with no body/paint damage. Still looking for a cheap solution.
