Hi guys wondering if anyone can lend me a hand. Got an issue where when I turn ignition I get nothing but quick clicking coming from the starter motor relay. I have tried new battery. Also if I Start the car by jump starting it the dash will remain off (speedo, rpm, fuel, temperature gage all zero) as well as radio and window controls my interior lights work and sun roof too. She drives fine once jump started just won't start.

 

I am still suspicious of the battery or it’s connections, or the battery to ground connection.
