Help. Disco II towed twice.

Yes Both the camshaft and crank sensors are new

Well, you start at fuse 13 in the underhood box. Go out on a brown & black wire to the inertia switch, thru that , back on white green to supply 12 volt power to main relay. Could bypass inertia switch for testing, but it is a serious safety item, kills fuel pump and unlocks doors in a crash.

But that does not explain buzzing.

The ECU provides a ground to turn on the main relay, on a blue-red wire to pin 23 on the ECU. Guess you could have a skinned wire making a ground, but that should not turn the relay off when driving.
