Plugs will never spark if they are not grounded. That's how an electric circuit works.
It's also possible that your plug leads are bad. I would start by changing the plugs though, since they are so cheap.

Plug wires are known to go on these.

After dark tonight use a spray bottle to wet down all the spark plug wires. Fire up your truck and enjoy the light show. Then tomorrow replace the wires unless there is no light show of course.

Also cylinder 3 and 5 are reading at 90 PSI. I'm replacing the O2 sensors now
There is a pattern here.

Agreed on the pattern. Put the O2 sensors back on the shelf and sort out your spark and compression problem first. It's possible that those cylinders have been misfiring for so long that the cylinder walls or rings have been damaged or at least are dirty from the unburnt fuel.

so i replaced spark plugs number 3 and 5. number three actually had a crack in the ceramic part. I reset the ECU and it's it's running a lot smoother now. Still have the check engine light coming on that I'm going to have to go up to the shop to borrow their scanner to see what's going on. Thank you for the advice with getting the motor wet at night to see the Sparks

Since all four of yours are throwing codes, that wouldn't seem to matter.
But the interwebs has the answer if you do a plain old search. O2 Sensor Identification and Locations - o2 sensors

I'd be checking for a vacuum leak

I hate leaving threads open-ended so here are my results. I replace the front two O2 sensors and then went ahead and took an intake manifold off and did all my plugs and wires. I noticed one of the wires was pushed out of the plug on fuel injector number 8 so I put that back together as well. And BAM! Now she's running like a champ. I have one solid check engine light still on for the map sensor but other than that she's running so smooth

You are on borrowed time with that blown head gasket.
