Does anyone have the KARR GPS tracker installed and, if so, does it work reliably?

I have the KARR GPS tracker installed in my 2020 Disco Landmark and it performs like crap.

It sometimes takes hours to days to update the location and sometimes never does. It sometimes (rarely) notifies me when the SUV enters or leaves the geofence. It even reports that it is parked at a location I merely drove by or near (not even where I stopped, let alone parked).

However, it (often) accurately reports ignition on.

I had the module moved and then replaced. I think the odds of getting two defective units in a row are slim. Unless they are generally defective.

So, either the GPS unit is defective or the app is crap. Calling support didn't help. They reboot the unit and problem persists.

Anyone else have similar issues with the KARR GPS tracker?
