Misfire

Misfire
Well boys and gals, i finally got my 03 disco back together. Changed head gaskets in original engine but turned out block was bad so ordered a used engine. That engine had a slipped cylinder so ordered another which when i dissasembled it, someone had replaced head gaskets and not done a good job. Some bolts were loose and heads were warpped to about .12thousandts. I ended up using heads from first replacement engine on second block. Frankenstein is alive now but it has a missfire which i cant seem to track down. I have replaced plugs and wires, i am getting spark at coil so i dont think it is a bad coil. I didnt use my original injectors since part #'s were the same. Scanned it and shows cylinder 3 but feels like more than just one. Any ideas on what to check next?

I checked compression and its at least 150psi on all cylinders on that bank. I sprayed b-12 carb cleaner around intake and no change. Miss is still there but noticiable under a load. I will remove upper intake and check injector plugs and possibly change injector while im there. Any and all other suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Finally
well got my rover going thanks to Tuercas Viejas, he was right on the money suggesting that one of my injectors may have not been plugged in all the way. removed upper intake and sure enough one connector was not seated. now i have to figure out what to do with all the spare parts from my original engine and defective replacement engine. if anyone needs a wiring harness or other engine related parts, let me know and i will check the pile of parts in the garage, i'd hate to scrap two blocks and everything else.
