What are you looking to get out of your next purchase?

I also am looking to take on another rover project. i have previously owned a 1996 rover discovery Se7 it was very solid but had its notorious flaws,(leaking sunroof, busted cats, had to replace head gaskets MYSELF that was alot of fun, but i had to sell it because i needed something more fuel efficient. i am looking at another project its a 1999 discovery II here is the link to the rover.

http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/ctd/2069766388.html

it is priced incorrectly but i think i can get him near the true value which in fair condition is about $2000. would it be worth getting into give me some valid feedback.
