Hi guys. Having trouble with my 2000 Disco. My check engine light is on and my county is requiring an emissions test to be done by month end. The OBD-II code is P0455 which according everything I can find is a problem with the EVAP system. I have checked the fuel cap and unless it is broken in some way I don't know of, it isn't the problem.

Any ideas? Or does anyone know of a good repair place in Boise, ID? I have had two less than stellar dealings with the stealership so I don't really want to go back there unless I really have no other choice.
