Just wanted to thank Abran on the forum of getting my D1 shifter with all the needed shifter boots, ****, insulation, rubber transmission cover seal, bolts and nice connector goodies needed to do the D1 CDL shifter swap right without coming up missing some of those annoying parts that you find you need once you start the project. Some parts dismantler guys forgot to include those little parts which makes a big difference. GREAT Job Abran! Your attention to detail has moved you to the top of my used parts contact list, even if you are on the left coast.

I also appreciate his detail in cleaning and individual wrapping of all parts and bubble-wrap protector to fill the box to protect all parts during shipping. I was able to get my rear D2 bumper corner trim as well in this shipment, also cleaned and packaged well with those nice plastic connectors to the body that are sometimes missing depending on who you get your parts from. JOB WELL DONE SIR!

The little extra Land Rover badge, that I think goes over the rear license plate, was a nice freebie as well. I will add it to my parts box. Never too many LR badges/logos around! THANKS!

 

Thank you Tony, I really appreciate the shout out. My Wife and I take great pride in offering good quality, complete parts. I can't tell you how many parts she has urged me to throw away because there was a small chip, or blemish. I have even taken parts off my car because I have found that a part I promised or sold had a blemish.

tony, You got screwed! because I got a free sucker with in my box o' goods from him.

 

I have a few classic parts. Some dash switches, lug nuts, a 95' analog clock, and some seat switches. But that's it. My mechanic is a classic specialist. Shoot me over a list of what you need and I'll see if I can get it for you.
