Default Sudden Missfire Codes

My 01 V8 D2 suddenly developed a misfire and is throwing codes for : P0306, P1300 and P0300. It hasn't rained, I didn't wash it, and I didn't ford any streams. Weather has been dry for a while, and I drove the truck yesterday about 100km without any issue whatsoever.
Plugs are new as of about 6 months ago, what should I be looking for?

Thanks In advance

You should post this in the DII section to get more eyes on it.

But while you are here...
P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire detected
Injector 6 excess emissions/catalyst damaging level of misfire

P0300 Random/multiple cylinder excess emissions detected
Excess emissions detected on more than one cylinder

P1300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
Catalyst damaging level of misfire on more than one cylinder

Pull the plug on cylinder #6 and see what it looks like.

FWIW, all the manuals with the official (correct) code interpretations are in the workshop manual which can be found in the google drive in my signature. Help yourself to downloading what you like.
