Trans oil change

Can anyone tell me what the correct amount of oil is required for a trans oil change with and without the filter on a 2002 Discovery?

As mentioned in your4 owners manual, a filter change is not required.
Something around 6 quarts of Dextron will be needed.
Do you know the proper way to refile the tranny?

Yes I do. It was just that all I could find for amount needed seem to be for a tranny overhaul.
I have to order the oil I intend touse so I wanted to be close.
