Is it possible to replace the upper top coolant hose without removing the intake manifold ?
Hose is attached in the picture .

No, as you can see from this diagram. You can't get to it without removing the intake manifold, there's not sufficient clearance.

 

thanks a lot , the intake manifold gaskets were replaced less than 2 months ago , can I re-use them ?

 

You're supposed to discard them when you r&r the manifold, but if they are still in new condition that's up to you. A new set runs $30 on eBay.

While you are changing that one hose, you should also replace the thermostat if you haven't done so in a while, and check all the other hoses as well.
