Please help ... I am trying to locate the Purge Valve in my 2008 LR2. I'm attaching three photos of the engine compartment. Can you direct me to the Purge Valve location if shown in any of these photos? Thanks in advance!

 

On the underside near the alternator. If you have a code for it, then replace it. Unless you had some work done recently down there and something is loose.

 

Many thanks. I don't think I need to replace it, but I read about it and was wondering where it was and if it was easily accessible for a DIY replacement, if ever needed.

If it's on the underside near the alternator, it's really beyond my reach as I don't have a lift. It's so cramped in there that about the only thing I can easily access is the air filter.
