I ordered OEM from a Volvo dealer. Part# 30684245

Yeah I've done the PCV valve twice I think. It's actually part of a larger assembly, so north of $100 for OEM but easy to R&R. If the engine makes an intermittent "honking" noise after starting cold, that might be the PCV.
