Default transmission fluid leak. Problems never stop

so I had an issue with the transmission cooler hose popping off and fluid coming out. I eventually replaced the hose and that address that issue. the day I changed the hose after driving for 35 mins I get the transmission fault error. get the car home and decide to address it, when I pulled the drain plug practically nothing came out. So I filled it and started and after about 10 mins I check and there is a steady drip coming from the starter. Pulled the starter and got a nice run of of fluid. any ideas what could be causing this??

I double checked the hose and that isn't the culprit. any advice is greatly appreciated.

Just a WAG, but if its coming out of the starter hole, then probably the front seal in the transmission is leaking.
