Hello -
Over the last week or two there were a couple of times where I went to start the vehicle and it didn't click over - and then of course the engine light comes on, etc... A few times the issue just "disapeared" and it was turning on just fine. One other time I opened the fuse box and took out and put back in one of the bigger fuses that had the engine symbol on it, and it started just fine after that.
Now, I can't get it to click over - and tried jumper cables and it wouldn't work. It's a little frustrating because it seems like it's a "computer" thing, or the fact that maybe I just need to replace the fuse? It doesn't seem like it's the battery because it's only 7 months old - I just don't get it, I will take any advice or measures I can try to get it back to working order.
Thank you

If you have a voltmeter, which run $5 - $20, you can measure the battery volts, and turn on the head lights (if they come on) and see if volts drop a bunch. A "new" battery can have a loose connection, a dirty ground connection, or a dead cell. You can also do a continuity test on fuses, there could be a hairline crack. Hold hood alarm switch down while you are doing all this for good luck.
