Air suspension faults
Hi gang.
While off roading and camping in M/aine last week I have experienced a orange suspension fault. Upon reading them on my Faoultmate msr2 it appears to me that there are only two permanent codes registered.
C112 F as air spring valve actuator stuck open,
C1130 as air spring air supply signal has too many transitions/ events.
After research on different forums I kind of lean towards valve block being at fault, so I pulled a usually fuses to isolate the problem and after 48 hours front dropped 1/2 inch and rear only 1/8 on an inch. Does not look like much to me.It might be the same fault that that I experienced last year on White Rim Trail, but was to lazy to pull codes back then. It seems that it only comes out when off roading usually in off road hight, but never puts me on bump stops. After reseting codes in Maine it did not reappear on the way home to NJ. Any thoughts or experiences with those codes ? Thanks.

The height drop could be from desiccant particles on the valve block o-rings which then create small leaks. Thats not a huge drop, even thermal contraction of the spring air can cause a small drop.
I am suspired the fault does not say which actuator is stuck. Usually LR codes are pretty specific. You may simply want to investigate the valve block connections. When I worked on my winch project I apparently never fulled connected the front valve block. Did not find out til many months later when off-roading and had intermittent issues I could not isolate. Found out when I tugged on the connector it came right off. Yet it managed to be fine for a long time before I had faults.

Thanks.I had to use stand alone mode on fault mate as my computer that I connect my diagnostic tool to, was not changed at that moment.So it did not show those two extra numbers at the end to provide more detail.I doubt that it is desiccant as I stay on top of changing dryers almost every year due to humid air in NJ. I have installed tactical Rovers front bumper with valve relocating bracket, but this should not be the cause of this fault as suspension code first appeared last year in Moab and I had old original bumper back then.
