Default Crossed a river and now...

I forded a river in my river and it splashed up over the hood for a second but the truck drove super well hours after and in the morning.

Then we headed home and crossed the same river where a dune buggy got stuck but my truck was fine. It wasn’t that deep really but now the battery light is coming on.

I’m driving it home and the batt light stays on and then all these faults pop up while I restart the car after getting food and then headed home.

It shows suspension fault, abs fault, transmission range not available, air bag lights on. It also has a large F next to where my selector symbol is for drive, park, neutral, reverse.

I parked it to get some booze and can back and it had a hard time starting but it did start. Then it is as if I have very much reduced power.

Is the alternator going bad? I have it under warranty or do you think it got flooded and messed up by the water? I have crossed water crossing before without these issues.
