Very common LR3/RRS issue. Some people install dash mats, I live in TX and mine has two small cracks around the airbag. I make sure to use a sunshade when I park, but unless you replace the dash I haven't heard of a way to fix it yet.

You have two (maybe 3 ) choices:
1. Live with it as a badge of honor showing the ruggedness and adventurous spirit of the LR3
2. Get a dash cover of your choice and hide it.
I would list option 3 which is to have it replaced at the dealer, But remember this car was introduced in 2004, so there has been 20 years of cracking dashes that needed attention. I don't think there are any new dashes laying around in any warehouses anymore. But this option may exceed the resale value of the car.

Coverlay is your best option
It silicones down in minutes and looks pretty good.Im waiting for them to produce a mold for the LR2 it may never happen. Good luck!
