Default ETM Rear Diff Fluid Alternative??

Is there a Royal Purple or Redline alternative to Castrol SAF Carbon Mod?

I have a 2006 LR3 HSE with Variable Locking Rear Diff

For the Locking rear diff I think unfortunately you are stuck with OEM Fluids. You could call and ask the vendor they might know.

For us non-locker folks Royal Purple meets the standard

I never looked into it as the fluid is very specific. LR019727 is the latest part number. The latest Castrol fluid is actually BOT 720, not the old name of SAF Carbon Mod. P/N 92184900 is a GM fluid that will work and it just BOT 720 repackaged. I have been down this road before when I needed to do my first rear fluid change for my locking diff.
