Front parking sensor question

Seems odd, but if one sensor quits, it deactivates the total system.

It then put the beep and light on the button on the dash to let you know something is wrong. If you have a good diagnostic reader, it will tell you which sensor it is unhappy with.

Thanks, that helps. So its operating normally then. They found a issue with the front bumper sensor to the right of the front lic plate. I think they thought they should all still work even if one is bad.

I guess they somehow damage it taking it out to paint the bumper. It was funny he attempted to say that it was working fine and tested before giving me, then tried to say it was pre damaged before i brought it in. Finally he apologized admitting they never tested it.

Why lie when the truth is easier.
