Default Gap tool on backorder, Iland as alternative?

So I got an email from L8 today telling me the gap tool I ordered wont be in stock for a month. I could opt for the bluetooth model but with my shoe string teenager budget and the fact I just had to cough up the money for a new LR key (without programing) , the bluetooth upgrade doesn't seem to be in my cards. I needed the tool in order to deflate the EAS in order to change out the struts, also for the ability to set new parameters to the air suspension as the extra lift in off road mode is a huge bonus.

So the question- can the AB Iland tool cover the same things? They 2 key for me are to deflate the EAS and to be able to change height settings. I could live without the second considering rods are only 98 dollars but I like the idea of choosing lift only when you need it. Programing keys would be a plus.

Thanks yall,
Shawn.

x2 on the BT GAP. I even had the conventional IIDTool and decided to step up to the BT. It's awesome and money well spent. Pay now or pay (more) later, Shawn...

It's not even a question - BT model hands down. Spend the extra money you'll be happy later.

also, you don't need to deflate the system to change air struts. Just start turning the Voss connector until air starts to escape and wait till its done to completely remove air line.

Some one is selling a GAP IID on expedition portal in the for sale and wanted area. If I remember is was like $275.00. I do not recall which vehicle it was for. They do not last long on the boards.

The iLAND can do ride height modification for the LR3 and LR4. We even have a video on how to do it with the iLAND.
