Default Living with the little things: must haves or who cares??

Curious to hear what everyone thinks living with some of the "little things" that tend to vary widely from model to model:

I'm talking the cooler cubby, defrosting windshield, rear entertainment, heated seats in back, upgraded stereo, etc. Hell, I'd even maybe throw in the nav screen to this convo even though it's a little less in line with those other items.

This is real subjective, but sure, I'll bite.

I love the heated seats. I love the heated windshield. Cooler cubby is pretty nice, too. I have two LR3s, one has the cooler one doesn't. I like the more storage w/o the cubby, but I like the cold beer in the other! Rear entertainment, meh....upgraded stereo probably doesn't matter much. I like the NAV, especially for the 4x4 info.

Oh yeah I figured it'd be real subjective lol.

I've been looking for an LR3 and really am trying to get one with heated seats, windshield, and cooler cubby. Mega bonus points for HD, and fewer bonus points for entertainment, rear heated. Screen vs. No Screen I can't pin down real well either, seems very subjective.

Glad to hear you dig using the cooler cubby. I do enough weekend explorations in the mountains and road trips that even a small space keeping some things cool sounds incredibly handy. I currently have a small cooler in the bed of my truck that gets a ton more use than I would've originally thought when I decided to just leave it back there all the time.

Stereo upgrade to an android head unit was one of the best upgrades followed by the Llams suspension controller, heated seats would be nice but for the 1 week a year i might use them i'll get by.
I usually have a 50ltr waeco fridge in the rear so the cubby cooler isnt needed plus i have lots of crap in the console , added 12v and USB sockets is also very hand for the kids phones and charging stuff.
LED interior light upgrade came straight after new tyres and then snorkel, cargo barrier and dual battery system.
I'd say if i had to pick one thing then a set of AT's would be it, its the single best improvement to an LR's offroad ability.

Default It is not a Toyota.

I like the fact it is not a Toyota.
Sometimes, that is all that matters.

The cold weather package was amazing in New England, now that I'm in Las Vegas it's pretty useless. The cooled seats in my L322 are clutch now

Upgraded stereo and satellite radio are my must haves
