LR3 Front Tire Wear

LR3 Front Tire Wear
I have a 2005 with 163k. The front tires have very heavy wear on the inside. The wear is very smooth, so not indicating a ball joint. I am also experiencing a wandering steering going down the road, especially on rougher roads. There is not any clunking from the suspension.
What could cause the tire wear and steering wandering? I am in the middle of no-where, so finding a shop that can do anything on the LR3 is nearly impossible. I will have to do most things myself.
Let me know what you think. I appreciate any help.

You are going to need to replace all of the suspension bushings. Atlantic British sells a kit. I did it on my LR3 a few years back. Not the easiest, but did it all myself in the driveway and it made a world of difference. Research it here and everywhere you can. Hope that helps. If you do buy the kit, lmk before hand. I need the rears and they only sell it in a complete (F&R) kit. I would buy the rears off you..

Don't get an alignment until you check your bushings, as they are probably shot. I wasted money on an alignment after adding Johnson Rods as the alignment shop didn't bother to tell me my bushings were wasted (which was very evident when my LR place pointed it out a few weeks later during an oil change). I'm having my bushings replaced tomorrow and will be spending another $80 for a 2nd alignment (but at a different alignment place!).
