Did you do any modifications to the vehicle or edit the CCF in the GAP tool? And I would replace the speed sensors.

Ordered new abs speed sensors, will have Monday

Installed new sensors, still receiving p0501 & transmission won’t engage.

I did a quick google and it could be a transmission speed sensor issue so worth checking the mechatronic plug for a fluid leak or wiring damage.
