LR3 parking sensor, trans sleeve, control arm bushings
Post LR3 parking sensors inop
I was told by an overpriced shop that my inside front right parking sensor was bad. I meant to ask and forgot, does one bad sensor effect all? I have a msg that they're inop or deactivated...So none work.
Also that I have a slight transmission leak at the pan and sleeve. They said fluid will work up the sleeve and ruin the transmission or the electronics to the transmission.
I appreciate your help.
Just bought a nice 07 LR3 with 116. Looks new, no real wear anywhere and have records of BG services on trans, injectos...I am hoping it won't be a money pit.
Wont go into low range and they determined it was the control module. They wanted $650 to swap it out. I bought a new one for $300 with freight. Looks like a 10 minute job.
The upper and lower control arm bushing were replace with orange after market ones that feel squishy so I may be getting those replaced.
Thanks again for your help.
