LR3 won’t turn over, flashers on, locks locking and unlocking.
Behind the rear drivers side tire (to the right of the shock) there is a plastic cover that will pop open. Behind that cover is a connection. That connection has the 2 main canbus wires. Yellow/brown and Yellow/ black. Check those to make sure they are not damaged. Check the connection as well.

Was having all the warnings and symptoms mentioned earlier in this thread including not able to start. Flat bedded to the garage where they replaced the TCCM as they indicated corrosion on the board. They were having trouble with their tool to clear the codes and recalibrate it, while they managed to start once, a bit later it would not again for them. I went with my IIDtool, still all the warning and lights going off in the instrument panel but I was able to clear the laundry list of faults, followed by another couple lists and then it allowed me to start with only the Transfer Case faults remaining. Pulled the ECU Info in case I needed the fastlane service from GAP with no issue. Attempted the calibration for the transfer case but having not properly read the procedure the calibration failed as I didn't put it in neutral. After some research at home I returned to try again but would not start, same warnings bells and whistles going off as before with the following codes present. Instrument pack one would clear but only until the key was put to the off position and turned back on and then it would show again. No starting at all. When I tried to pull the ECU Info this time many were indicating "No data from ECU"
Instrument Pack
U0001-87 - High speed CAN communication bus - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message (2B)
Steering Angle
U0122-87 - Lost communication with vehicle dynamics control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message (2F)

Tyre Pressure
U0416-00 - Invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module (AF)

Went home a bit defeated and subsequent research had me convinced the instrument cluster may need repaired so I pulled it and planned to ship it out. Researched some more and decided to put the battery on a charger and then took that back to it along with a volt meter. Prior to connecting the battery, re-plugged in the IPC and took ohm readings on pins 6/14 and 3/11 on the OBD port. 3/11 was about 60ohm but 6/14 was 124ohm which I believe should also have been around 60. Connected the battery, still no luck clearing faults/starting. Checked the volts across some of the pins in the OBD, from a table in another thread ones that should have been reading in the 2.7 range were all 0.4xx, the ones that should be 12v where as they should be. Then prior to closing it all up I decided to crawl under the back to try and see where these canbus wires were that had been referenced many times. I located a grouping of wires in the location but they were not enclosed in a plastic case as I was expecting. There was a vertical piece of black plastic parallel to the side of the vehicle acting like a shield, with a shorter vertical piece across the rear side. Wires were not otherwise covered and I could pull the plastic down a bit and see a nest of them. Tugged the plastic a few times and reached in and jiggled some wires, all pretty dirty so could not distinguish the ones I should be looking for. With no expectations I tried to start again and to my surprise it started right up. Scanned for faults, another long list, cleared them, Transfer case remained. Ran the calibrations correctly this time with success, scanned again, no faults. Raised the suspension off the bump stops, drove a parking lot circuit, no issue. Packed up and brought it home about a mile away.
Hour or so later decide to give it a longer run. Couple miles down the road, bong, HDC fault, suspension lowered. Turned back home. As it hasn't liked to have the IIDtool plugged in while the engine is already running in the past, I shut down and then try to start expecting to be back to square 1. Starts right up, no issued displayed on the instrument panel. Shutdown, plug in and scan for faults, none found.
While feel I should take a bit of a win there is obviously something still going on. I will have the garage take a good look at those connections in rear for signs of corrosion/chaffing. If I am missing part of a cover to protect them I would like to source it as that area very exposed and I know I have taken a pressure washer around there in the past to clean of mud and debris the logging roads kick up. Too dark tonight but I will take a photo in the morning and post to show what I a seeing back there.
Just to update.
Didn't grab a picture of the connector area as explanations were that it was not an enclosed box. Garage did clean up the area and looked over the wires/connectors and didn't note any potential issues.
Regarding the HDC fault message and suspension lowering, I may have tied that to a steering angle that was off too much. I did a road test and noted it was reading -13 while driving straight. Recalibrated that and wasn't able to replicate the issue. Did a 400km or so drive with it yesterday it operated without issue.
