Default Never seen sunroof leak!!

Occasionally my Land Rover LR3 has water on a passenger footwell.
Last weekend I decided to disassembly everything and start testing and looking for where the lake is coming from, as usual I check the drains even though I fixed all of them last year and replace the windshield cawl due to some leaks that I have last year as well.

What I found is besidesthe channel where the water runs to the drains we have a channel for where the sunroof mechanism runs to open and close and somehow the water it's getting on that channel, where is not supposed to go and that water leaks straight into the headliner runs to the a peeler and leaks into the passenger footwelll

What I don't understand is how possibly the water gets in there. Inspecting the sunroof I don't see anything that looks like broke cracked or wrong.

Does anybody ever came across of something like this, at this moment I don't really know what to do, sometimes I just wished my LR3 didn't have a sunroof!

Odds are your sunroof is clogged on top. So the drains themself can not drain. I have this with mine. You have to clean from above - shop vac works well. But I still had to pick stuff out and the drain ports are well tucked away. In theory the front drains are clogged the rears should pick up the water that way but I fond that the slightest tilt will cause it to run over instead.

I think you are right, can't think about anything else causing thia problem.
Even though does not look clogged I going to thoroughly clean the drains.
I never paid much attention to the rear drains to be honest

when you "fixed" the drains, did you replace the whole drain line or just clip the line and just run a additional hose out the area where the little elbow nipple used to be? Can you explain how you fixed them. I have my LR3 apart and plan on "fixing" them as well.
