Occupancy Sensor Programming???

I am having the same problems. Did you ever try the scanner and were you able to fix the problem? I am looking at scanners and need to decide on spending $529 on the GAP IID.

absolutely.

pays for itself in no time. being able to go in and reset things and fully diagnose issues is a wallet saver

I ended up not having to reprogram it. Installed a new sensor and no error code ever reappeared and it functions properly.
