Default P0806, possibly t case solenoid?

Anyone have an LR3 who is willing to check the resistance of the transfer case solenoid for me? Mine is showing .8 ohms and that seems really low for a solenoid. Having issues calibrating and getting a p0806 on my gap tool. Voltage at rhe connector seems a little low also at just under 11v.
