Default Phantom Transmission Fault LR3 2005

We have a 2005 LR3 HSE with 141k miles. I have been getting a "transmission fault, no special programs" notice on the instrument panel when we turn the key to the on position for the last several months. The only codes that I see on my Gap Tool are for the sound system (no phone attached, 2005 didn't have bluetooth) and several body control codes related to pedals and a couple of other non-transmission items. I cleared the codes and the only ones that come back are those same sound system and body control codes. Truck runs great, no apparent issues with the transmission. We had a transmission service at 80k miles when we purchased the truck about 5 or 6 years ago. Any ideas on what the issue is or how to clear the notice that comes up? thanks Phil

List all the codes please, cause as you probably know with the LR3 your kitchen toaster could have a problem and the truck would still register a fault. Its amazing how one system affects anther. So a transmission fault may not even be a real transmission fault.

if no codes I would lean towards a voltage issue.

Abran,

what type of voltage issue. I installed a rebuilt alternator. It is putting out 13.7 to 14 plus volts. I am getting the following faults, I tried to cut and paste but I couldn't past into this forum.

B1B02-28(2F) Low Frequency Coil - General signal failure - signal bias level is out of range/zero adjustment failure
B1B69-16(2E) 12 Volt supply circuit - General electrical failure - General electrical failure - circuit voltage below threshold
B1C26-3A(2F) Pedal Motor feedback circuit - Frequency modulation/pulse width modulation failure - incorrect, has too many pulses
B1C32-13(2F) Steering Coumn Tilt Solenoid - General electrical failure - open circuit
B1c34-13 (2F) Steering Column Telescope Solenoid - General electrical failure - open circuit
B1C57-14(6C) Passive Start Ignition Relay Coil Circuit - circuit short to battery or open
B1D12-15(2E) Volumetric Alarm Power Circuit - circuit short to battery or open

It is also sending an Instrument Pack fault

U0132-87(2E) Lost communication with ride level control module - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message

I am also getting a bunch of ventilation faults for the stepper actuators, seems like one for each actuator.

Overall the LR3 is running great, functions well, except a dang coolant leak that I think is the water pump or water pump gasket yet again. Leaks very little coolant but it smells like it is leaking gallons.......

I'm thinking a possible battery or a connection to the battery as problem
