Default Rear Wiper failing?

My rear wiper appears to be having a harder and harder time making a full sweep. Lately, it's been getting stuck mid-way. It'll move about an inch each time I command it to but appears to struggle more and more. I'm pretty sure the motor is going out and needs replacing but just wanted to double-check in case there are other gremlins unknown to me that you all have experienced with these symptoms.

Cheers, all!

Could be the motor or could be the plastic gear or slider that keeps the rack engaged with the shaft gear, gear can be 3D printed but the slider will need to made.
I went thru 2 motors, first one the gear split in half and the slider broke , the 2nd the gear was good but slider also broke.
I have a length of HDPE that i made the slider from.

Appreciate it!
