Sunroof drain tubes FIXED
Just as a follow-up, I removed the elbow and replaced it with a four inch piece of the clear 1/2 tubing from the hardware store (50 cent). It rained all weekend and the floor remained dry. If the pass. side ever start to get wet, hopefully it will be the same easy fix. And for those who what to stay with OEM parts, you can get the elbow from the dealer, but you have to buy the entire front drain tube. $30
My passenger side front sunroof drain elbow that exits near the exterior engine air intake has deteriorated and fallen back into the interior.
The hole is too small to reach in and try and pull what really remains of elbow and tube back through.
Has anyone re-attached this tube from the inside?
I just dropped the glove box and a few of the passenger side kick panels and it looks like my worst nightmare. As far as I can see I would need to remove the heater and the fuse box just to get my hand anywhere close to it.
Help....

What if you use needle nose pliers. Put the tip inside the hose. Spread the handles and pull the tube out. I would have a second pair in the other hand to grab it as soon as it peeks out at you.
