New wheels and tires. Went down to 18 from the 19s. Anybody need a set of 5 19in wheels? Tires and shot but let me know.

Didn’t seem worthy of a new thread, but via software I tweaked the suspension height by 1/2”. Not noticeable by looks, but my ride improved. I’ve sworn for decades that shocks behave “like new” when you modify loaded weight, in this case electronically. Maybe I’m crazy, maybe I’m not. Test drive afterwards and even my son noticed a difference though.

Way over due....Discovered that we can "easily" move the cut part of the key to a new fob with GAP IIDTOOL. There is a single pin that holds the cut part to the fob. Reprogramming the truck to recognize the new key fob just took a few minutes with GAP IIDTOOL.
Thank you Lucky8!

Figured out where that rotational clunking noise was coming from...

Guess it's time to do a driveshaft again.

Again, did you replace it before? If so was it a GKN or not?

Default Nothing too difficult today

After an hour of fun in my driveway, I put this on my work bench

Of course, it took another hour to get the new one back in.
Oddly enough the time spent to completely remove the upper control arm was time well spent. (unless you have spaghetti arms, which I don't).
