Got the holes drilled in the bumper and the lights mounted. That bumper is made from some serious thick steel.

Was getting ready to toss the flat rate box the lights came in and pulled the bubble wrap out and found a complete prefab harness.

So if I'm lucky I will get that run tomorrow.

Put my recovery shackle in place on the rear and wired up the lights on the front for better hurricane viability

The Warn HID's are stupid bright, who needs headlights anyways

Changed front brake sensor, front brake pads and front left caliper. Still squealing though? Brake dust build up in shield?

I put grease on the back of the pads (where caliper pistons make contact) but that's about it.

I just had to replace the rear pads that were put on last year, they were squealing so bad during slow speed stops. Semi metallics have a tendency to squeal if they aren't manufactured well... something about the particle size and distribution of the metal flake.

Throw some grease on the small tabs that contact the caliper brackets on each end of the pads.

Dexi-cool which is the red stuff... there is now a universal coolant which is clear that is compatible with our trucks. Do not use the green stuff.
